We'd love to help you design your property with your goals, your budget, and your interests in mind. We start the process with a thorough survey of your personal goals and all of the specific issues pertaining to your property. After getting familiar with your project, we will develop design products tailored to your needs and wants. Whether starting with a blank-slate new property, or remodeling an old, overgrown and neglected yard, landscape design will help you achieve the highest quality, sustainable landscaping to complement your lifestyle.

Our landscape designs incorporate the newest innovations, products, concepts, and materials while combining year round interest with hardy, Colorado grown plant materials.

If you choose to hire Raindance to build the your landsape design, we will reimburse a portion of the landscape design fee. If not, the design is yours to build from how you please.

Our professionals are excited to help with landscape design, masonry, concrete, irrigation, grading, plumbing/gas, electric, planting knowledge, water features, fencing, concrete curbing, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, landscape lighting, and anything you may challenge us with. You can leave the coordination of all landscaping aspects to Raindance. Our experience as a landscape contractor ensures a smooth, efficient landscaping process for yard.

Throughout our process, from initial consultation to completion of landscape construction, you will have the same point of contact. We have a knowledgeable, experienced landscaping staff, trained with a high priority of customer service and integrity. We want you to have an experience that exceeds your expectations.

Your project will be monitored routinely by our management team, to ensure the highest quality throughout the process.  After completion of the project, we will do an initial quality-control walk through to ensure that everything meets our clients’ expectations.

Three weeks to a month after construction, Raindance will check all the elements of the landscaping installation, including irrigation, to insure that everything is performing well.

MAINTAIN

FULL SERVICE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE PACKAGE:

Raindance offers a full service maintenance package. This allows us to be on your property throughout the year to directly interact with your plants, lawn, irrigation, and hardscapes. We will document each visit in order to track the overall well being of your property.  If you prefer, we will still offer our individual seasonal services.

ANNUAL SERVICES:

Complete Landscape Inspection, Concrete Seal and Repair, Garden Soil Amendment, Garden Rototill, Irrigation Control Audit and Adjustment, Irrigation Activation and Inspection, Irrigation Winterizing, Mulch Turning/ Replenishment, Tree/Shrub/Perennial Fertilizing

SEMI-ANNUAL SERVICES:

Fall and Spring Cleanup, Leaf Blowing, Debris Removal, etc..., Lawn Aeration, Lawn Fertilizing, Tree/Shrub/Perennial Pruning and Thinning

SEASONAL / MONTHLY:

Weed Control, Irrigation Head and Time Adjustments, Light Bulb Replacement, Winter Watering,

At your request, we will visit your property, survey it and provide you with a detailed service plan and associated costs.

• 2. Raindance will come out to the jobsite for a no-obligation meeting to discuss your ideas or existing plan. We will work as a team to narrow down the many options available throughout the landscape to fit your budget, site, necessities, and lifestyle.
  
• 3. Raindance can craft a design custom tailored to your property, your lifestyle and your budget. This can take a couple of days to weeks, depending on the size of the project and time of year. Have an existing plan? Great! That will help us still put together a free quote.
  
• 4. We meet again. Raindance will introduce a customized design with itemized costs.
  
• 5. Once you have hired Raindance, the turn around time ranges from 2-4 weeks to start the project. This can vary depending on time of year and weather.
